Once we receive the deposit, we will send you confirmation for the appointment. We won't hold an appointment until you receive a deposit. The deposit will go toward your appointment.
This is due to many cancellations and no show at the last minute. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:
Our time, as well as yours, is very precious. We work by appointment only and are very busy. Therefore, we would appreciate that you RESPECT our time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know 48 hours in advance. Deposit is non-refundable and can be transferred 1 time. If you cancel/ reschedule within 40 hours or no show, either a $30 cancellation fee will be charged, or you will lose your deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS. The appointment is canceled if you are 15 minutes late. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We appreciate your support.

No-Shows:

You are considered a no show if you don’t notify us at least 40 business hours in advance to cancel/reschedule and do not

show up at your scheduled appointment.

 

No-shows will be charged for 100% of the scheduled appointments services.
